Jeremy A. Rhyne

Mr. Rhyne started his practice in 2001 with the law firm of Crowell & Moring LLP in Irvine, California. For four years, Mr. Rhyne specialized in business litigation with a specific emphasis in construction and credit reporting litigation. In 2005, Mr. Rhyne joined the law firm of Ross, Dixon & Bell LLP and met Mr. Mohammed Ghods, who was a partner at the firm at the time. Ross, Dixon & Bell LLP later merged with Troutman Sanders LLP. From 2005 to 2011 at Ross, Dixon, & Bell and at Troutman Sanders, Mr. Rhyne continued to practice business litigation, which exposed him to a wide variety of cases and practice areas including international telecommunications disputes, employment disputes including wage and hour and discrimination claims, partnership disputes, wrongful foreclosure, healthcare disputes, malpractice claims, and real estate disputes, among other types of cases.


From 2011 to the present, Mr. Rhyne has been working with Mr. Ghods, continuing their general business litigation practice. Over the last several years, Mr. Rhyne’s practice has continued to grow in scope and variety and Mr. Rhyne has successfully litigated numerous cases involving disputes among business partners, disputes between developers and city personnel, disputes between individuals and their banks, insurers, or landlords, and defended numerous employment matters for the firm’s business clients. While his practice can generally be characterized as general business litigation, Mr. Rhyne represents both individuals and businesses who are confronted with legal challenges of a wide variety, including class actions.


Mr. Rhyne is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. Mr. Rhyne was also named as one of the Top Young Lawyers in California in two consecutive years by Super Lawyers Magazine, Rising Stars.
