All reproduction, copying and/or redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited without Lex Opus’s express written consent.
The laws of the State of California shall apply without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. To the extent applicable, the laws of the United States of America apply for matters within its exclusive jurisdiction, and in such instances venue shall be in Central District of California.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be legally void or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and all other provisions shall remain in force.
To the extent portions of this Website may be construed to contain attorney advertising, under respective state Code of Professional Responsibility (e.g., California), prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in the future matters. Results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each matter and are specific to such representation.
