Mr. Berti's practice focuses on civil and criminal matters. He began his career as an appellate public defender serving clients throughout Washington State, and at all appellate levels. In addition, Mr. Berti has represented indigent parents appealing a variety of legal orders affecting their parental rights. He is also engaged in civil litigation matters including discovery and trial preparation.
Mr. Berti serves as a Board of Trustee for the King County Bar Association New Lawyers Division, Young Lawyer Liaison for the Washington State Bar Association ADR Committee, and serves as an ABA House of Delegate Young Lawyer Representative.
Mr. Berti is a Navy Veteran who after his service graduated from George Mason University with a double-major in Business Administration and Marketing. In law school Mr. Berti served as the KCBA Student Liaison, President of the Student Veterans Group, and volunteered with the Seattle Clemency Project. Upon graduation, Mr. Berti was awarded the Order of the Barristers.
